Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Giveaways are open to residents in the United States unless otherwise stated on the giveaway itself. Please check this prior to entering.

  • Entrants must be aged 13 years or older at the time of entry.

  • For app giveaways, entrants must have an active iTunes account to redeem the prize.

  • For product giveaways, entrants must have a valid postal address in the named country to receive their prize, otherwise the prize will be redrawn and awarded to someone who meets the qualifications.

Entries

  • To enter a giveaway, carefully follow the instructions on the post, as well as the prompts on the Rafflecopter widget.

  • All steps are completely optional. However, the more steps you complete, the more entries you will have in that giveaway. For manual giveaways, be sure to leave a separate comment for each step you have completed as each comment is counted as an entry (subject to verification).

  • No purchase is ever necessary to enter any giveaway on www.NWACS.info.

  • Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

  • The giveaway sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

  • All entries are checked for accuracy and will be validated. If you are chosen as the winner of a giveaway and you have not completed the step(s) that you have marked as done, your entry will be disqualified and a new winner will be randomly chosen.

  • Individuals are to enter under one name/Facebook account only.  If you enter with multiple accounts, you will be automatically disqualified from winning the giveaway.

Drawings

  • Winner/s will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by using Rafflecopter’s functions or via random.org.

  • The winner(s) will be notified by email and will be required to reply to the email within 48 hours of the timestamp date on the email notification to claim their prize.

  • If a winner of any prize cannot be contacted or fails to reply to the notification email within the required time period, that winner forfeits their prize and a new winner will be chosen.

  • For product giveaways, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your prize. If you do not receive your prize within that time frame please let us know and we will contact the sponsor on your behalf.

  • NWACS is not responsible for late or lost shipments. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your prize.

Prizes

  • The prize will be indicated on the Rafflecopter widget and/or in the giveaway instructions.

  • All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. NWACS reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for whatever reason. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Release

  • By receiving the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless NWACS, our Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

  • NWACS is not responsible for any inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this giveaway.

  • NWACS is not responsible for any technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software that cause the giveaway to function other than how it was intended.

General Conditions

  • NWACS reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
